Personal Information#

Keep your personal information up to date to ensure you receive important communications and that your profile represents you accurately.

Navigate to Settings

Click on your avatar in the header and select "Settings" or go to /settings.

Select Profile Tab

Click on the "Profile" tab in the settings sidebar.

Update Your Information

Fill in or modify any fields you want to update.

Save Changes

Click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the form.

Notification Settings#

Control how and when PromptReports sends you notifications. You can configure both email notifications and in-app notifications separately.

If you're receiving too many individual emails, enable the Weekly Digest option and disable individual email notifications. You'll still see everything in-app.

Security Settings#

Change Password

Update your password regularly. Use a strong, unique password with at least 12 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA. We support authenticator apps like Google Authenticator, Authy, and 1Password.

Review Active Sessions

View all devices and browsers where you're currently logged in. You can revoke access to any session you don't recognize.

Manage Connected Apps

Review and revoke access for third-party applications that have been granted access to your account.

Account Recovery

Make sure your email address and phone number are up to date. These are essential for account recovery if you ever lose access.

API Keys#

Generate and manage API keys for programmatic access to PromptReports.

Create API Key

Generate new keys with custom permissions and expiration dates.

Key Permissions

Limit keys to specific operations: read-only, write, or full access.

Navigate to API Keys

Go to Settings > API Keys or /settings/api.

Create New Key

Click "Create API Key" and provide a name and description.

Set Permissions

Choose what operations this key can perform.

Copy and Secure

Copy your key immediately - it will only be shown once. Store it securely.

API Key Security

Never share your API keys in public repositories, client-side code, or unencrypted communications. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately and generate a new one.

Account Management#

Additional account management options including data export and account deletion.

Export Data

Download all your data including reports, prompts, and settings.

Delete Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Account Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your reports, prompts, templates, and data will be permanently erased. Make sure to export your data before proceeding.
