Strong Password

Use a unique password with at least 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.

Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security with authenticator apps or SMS verification.

Session Management

View and revoke active sessions on different devices and browsers.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)#

Enable 2FA

Scan QR Code

If using an authenticator app, scan the QR code displayed on screen to add PromptReports.

Enter Verification Code

Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app to confirm setup.

Save Recovery Codes

Important: Save your recovery codes in a secure location. These codes allow account access if you lose your 2FA device.

Recovery Codes Are Critical

Without recovery codes, losing access to your 2FA device may result in permanent account lockout. Store them securely in a password manager or offline in a safe location.

Session Management#

View Active Sessions

Navigate to Settings > Security > Active Sessions to see all devices where you're currently logged in.

Review Session Details

Each session shows device type, browser, location, and last activity time.

Revoke Suspicious Sessions

Click "Revoke" on any session you don't recognize to immediately sign out that device.

Sign Out All Devices

Use "Sign out all other sessions" if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
