My Reports Guide

Learn how to view, manage, organize, and share all your generated reports in PromptReports.

My Reports Overview#

The My Reports section is your central repository for all reports you've created or purchased on PromptReports. Access it from the sidebar navigation or by going directly to /my-reports.

All Reports

View every report you've generated, organized by date.

Favorites

Quick access to your starred and bookmarked reports.

Recent

Jump back to reports you've viewed or edited recently.

The My Reports page provides powerful tools for finding and filtering your reports.

Search

Search by report title, content, tags, or template name.

Filters

Filter by date range, template type, status, or tags.

Folders

Organize reports into custom folders and subfolders.

Tags

Add custom tags for flexible categorization.

Report Actions#

Each report in your library has several actions available. Access them through the action menu (three dots) or by opening the report.

Organizing Reports#

Keep your reports organized with folders, tags, and favorites for easy access.

Create Folders

Click "New Folder" to create organizational folders. You can create nested folders for hierarchical organization (e.g., Clients > Client-A > Q4 Reports).

Move Reports to Folders

Select one or more reports and use the "Move to" action to place them in a folder. You can also drag and drop reports between folders.

Add Tags

Open a report and add tags from the details panel. Tags are flexible labels that work across folders for cross-cutting organization.

Star Important Reports

Click the star icon on any report to add it to your Favorites. Starred reports appear in a dedicated section for quick access.

Sharing Reports#

Share your reports with team members, clients, or the public using various sharing options.

Share Link

Generate a shareable link with optional password protection and expiration.

Email Share

Send the report directly via email with a personal message.

Open Share Dialog

Click the Share button on any report to open the sharing options.

Choose Sharing Method

  • Public Link: Anyone with the link can view
  • Password Protected: Requires a password to access
  • Team Share: Share with specific team members
  • Embed Code: Embed the report on your website

Set Permissions

Choose whether recipients can view only, comment, or edit the report.

Set Expiration (Optional)

Set an expiration date for the share link for time-sensitive content.

Exporting Reports#

Export your reports in various formats for offline viewing, printing, or integration with other tools.

Open Export Options

Click the Download/Export button on a report.

Select Format

Choose your desired export format from the dropdown.

Configure Options

  • Include Charts: Export with or without visualizations
  • Page Size: Letter, A4, or custom dimensions
  • Quality: Standard or high-resolution for printing

Download

Click Export to generate and download your file.

Report Analytics#

Track how your shared reports are being accessed and engaged with.

Views

Total views and unique viewers of your shared reports.

Time Spent

Average time readers spend on your reports.

Engagement

Section-by-section engagement metrics.

Analytics are available for reports shared via public links or embeds. View analytics by opening a report and clicking the "Analytics" tab.

Media Content#

Enhance your reports with audio and video content for a more engaging experience.

Generate Audio

Open a report and click "Generate Audio" to create an AI-narrated version.

Choose from multiple voice options and adjust speed and tone.

Download the audio file or share it alongside your report.
