Role-Based Views

Create tailored executive summaries for different stakeholders

Overview

Role-Based Views allow you to customize how your report appears to different executive audiences. Each stakeholder sees a tailored executive summary with metrics and sections relevant to their role.

How to Access Role-Based Views

  1. Navigate to Report Builder from the menu
  2. Edit an existing report (create and save one first if needed)
  3. Scroll down to find the Role-Based Views collapsible section
  4. Click to expand and configure views for each executive role

Note: Role-Based Views only appear when editing an existing report. Save your report first to enable this feature.

AI-Powered Summary Generation

Use AI to automatically generate executive summaries for all 6 roles at once:

  1. Click the "AI Generate All" button in the Role-Based Views header
  2. The AI analyzes your report title, description, categories, and content
  3. Tailored 200-300 word summaries are generated for each executive role
  4. Review and edit the generated summaries as needed
  5. Click "Save All" to save all role views at once
