Project Management allows you to review, approve, and oversee all research projects on the platform. Every project must be approved before researchers can submit proposals.

Approval Workflow

User Submits Project

User creates and submits a project for review.

Appears in Queue

Project appears in admin approval queue with pending status.

Admin Reviews

Admin reviews project details against guidelines.

Approve or Reject

Admin approves to publish or rejects with feedback.

User Notified

User receives notification of the decision.

Review Criteria

Before approving a project, verify the following:

  • Clear project description and requirements
  • Appropriate budget for the scope of work
  • Realistic timeline expectations
  • No prohibited or inappropriate content
  • Legitimate research purpose
  • Proper categorization

Common Rejection Reasons

Insufficient project description or unclear requirements

Budget too low for the scope of work requested

Prohibited content or inappropriate research topics

Duplicate or spam submissions
