Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans (Pro, Business, and Enterprise). If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase or the most recent renewal date.
After the 30-day window, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
2. Per-Report Purchases
Individual report purchases ($5 to $50 per report) are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered. This is because report generation consumes AI processing resources and third-party API calls that cannot be recovered.
If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our part, we will either re-generate the report at no additional cost or issue a full refund for that purchase, at your choice.
3. Consumed API Calls and Credits
API calls, AI processing credits, and any other consumed resources are non-refundable. Once an API call or credit has been used, the underlying compute and third-party costs have been incurred and cannot be reversed.
4. Marketplace Purchases
Reports and research purchased through the PromptReports.ai marketplace are subject to the marketplace refund terms. Generally, marketplace purchases are non-refundable once delivered. Disputes between buyers and sellers are handled through our dispute resolution process. Please contact support@promptreports.ai for marketplace-related refund inquiries.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@promptreports.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your account email address, the subscription or purchase you are requesting a refund for, and the reason for your request.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Requests made more than 30 days after the relevant billing date for subscription refunds.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality where the verification pipeline functioned as designed. We recommend using the free tier to evaluate the Service before upgrading.
